July 21, 2021 – Al Goldstein Speed Series – Prospect Park. After the 2020 hiatus, we are eager to resume in-person races with the beloved Al Goldstein Speed Series! July 25, 2021 – Advocating Hope’s 5K Walk and Run “…let us run with patience the race that is set before us”
Heb12:1. The race starts and finishes at the Joseph T. St Lawrence Recreation Center on Torne Valley Road. Torne Valley Road runs along the beautiful Ramapo River and ascends up to a scenic view of the Ramapo Mountains.  Enjoy the rustic route with rolling hills up and then turn around and enjoy a beautiful fast downhill to a flat finish. Awards.

September 19 – Cupcake 5K. Newburgh, NY Bishop Dunn Memorial School 2nd Annual Cupcake 5k Run/ Walk. The Sweetest Race in the Hudson Valley!!! Race is run in the grounds of Mount Saint Mary College. Registration will open soon. 

September 19 – Cheryl Walk and Run – Cornwall. Cheryl Walker was an avid runner and devoted nurse. Her family wanted to start this race so proceeds can be contributed to the nursing scholarship in her name through Mount Saint Mary College. This 5K is a beautiful run through Cornwall on Hudson NY. This is an inaugural race so you will PR! Sign up early 

September 25, 2021 – One Small Step 5K, Mount Hope Town Park. The race is for Foundation for Prader-Willi Research. Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a rare disorder that is extremely complex.  PWS is known for insatiable appetite.  The communication between the brain and the stomach is broken so people with PWS feel as if they are starving.  The proceeds help research on this rare illness. 

September 25, 2021 – Run for Recovery. Yorktown Heights. Details to follow

September 26, 2021 –  Roosa Gap 11.4 mile run. Wurtsboro NY.  The Roller Coaster Run is a challenging 11.5 mile run starting by running along the scenic, flat D&H Canal Tow Path, then a right hand turn which leads you to tackling the uphill ascent, which is then rewarded as you hit the top of the ridge to the “Roller Coaster”, before you glide into a fabulous downhill finish back into the village. The 5K Run/Walk is a beautiful, scenic, flat. Proceeds from the race benefit the PFC Jerry B. Evans Memorial Scholarship Fund. Honoring our past to help our future.

October 2nd – Harmony 5K. Middletown. Benefitting the Harmony Christian School.

October 9, 2021 – Cider Run 5K Run and Walk. – 626 County Route 22 Middletown, NY. Introducing a flatter and faster 5K course and a choice of 5M run and 2M walk. The Knight of Columbus is an organization that helps so many local charities and the Cider Run donates the proceeds to them. Registration here 

October 9, 2021 – Meadows and Trails 5K. Cornwall, At the Hudson Highland Nature Museum. Experience nature. All on trails. Easy on your feet. 

November 27, 2021 – Greenwich Alliance For Education Turkey Trot This great race is coming back this year. We can’t wait. Greenwich, CT
